Frequently asked questions

Is AllDonePDF free?

Yes. All 26 tools are free, with no sign-up and no watermark on your files.

Are my files safe?

Yes. Every tool runs inside your browser. Your PDFs are never uploaded to a server, so contracts, IDs and drawings stay on your device.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. AllDonePDF works on Android and iPhone in any modern browser, with no app to install.

Which languages are supported?

The site works in English, Arabic and Urdu. Switch language at the top of the page.

Is an online signature legally valid?

A drawn signature is accepted for many everyday forms, letters and approvals. For contracts that need a certified digital signature, check with the organisation that asked for it.

How much smaller will my PDF get?

Scans and photo-heavy PDFs often shrink by 70–95%. PDFs that are mostly plain text are already small and may not shrink much.

What image quality do I get?

Normal is about 144 DPI, good for screens and WhatsApp. High is about 216 DPI, better for printing and zooming.

How strong is the protection?

Files are encrypted with AES-256, the same standard used by Adobe Acrobat.

Are my ID photos uploaded?

No. The photos are put on the page inside your browser and never leave your phone or computer.

Why do websites ask for files under 100 KB?

Many government and job websites only accept small uploads. SizeFit makes your file small enough to upload.

Is the hidden text really removed?

Yes. Pages with black boxes are saved as images, so the text under the boxes is gone and can't be copied or searched.
